Description
Built to replace paper-and-spreadsheet fuel tracking with a fully digitized, auditable workflow. The Flutter mobile app (MVC architecture, offline-first with SQLite) lets field agents log every fill-up with mandatory photo proof, automatic mileage validation, and three payment methods (fuel card, cash register, director's emergency advance) — each with automatically computed running balances instead of manual bookkeeping. The Next.js web dashboard (TypeScript, shadcn/ui, TanStack Table, Recharts) lets the operations planner schedule fuel circuits in advance, track execution status in real time, validate cash advances, and review searchable, filterable financial reports with live charts. Both platforms share a Supabase/PostgreSQL backend with row-level security enforcing role-based permissions (field agent, planner, director, read-only auditor) at the database level, plus a custom JWT claims hook for fast, tamper-proof authorization checks. Automated reporting includes on-demand Excel exports and HTML email reports built with a hand-rolled SMTP client for full control over formatting and inline photo attachments.
